Are you suggesting that the highest court in the land is so corrupt that they will take a payoff to overturn Brady's suspension?

I don't see how money plays a factor in this outside of the NFL deciding that it's better to let Brady play than to have the courts affirm its right to enforce it's rules and uphold the integrity of the game.

Not only is the idea that SCOTUS would allow itself to be paid off in this case ludicrous, it makes no sense to say that an individual player has more money than the League.

What this means is Miami gets to face Jimmy G in week 2.

It's odd to say this, but Miami's best hope of getting in to the playoffs might be if the Patriots win every game after Brady returns, since they close the season against NE, like they did last year.

If the Patriots have the number one seed by then, they might rest Brady, meaning Miami could get Jimmy G in both games this season.

The Patriots still have BB and still have Gronkowski. And that defense too is always very solid. I really don't see them doing much worse than 2-2, and Brady will be on fire for the second half of the season.
