Matt Barkley has this team more competitive, that speaks volumes.

He was really good yesterday! Might have secured a job for next year.....maybe even the starter role.

The way I see it the Bears will use a high second round pick on a QB while Barkley is used as a bridge quarterback. Fox also may be fired and an offensive mind brought in to work with these young QB's.

I could see that happening. Also wouldn't surprise me if he ended up making it a permanent job. He looked good during the second half. With healthy players and a better coaching staff.

Great arm but too many bad passes. If only, he could see the secondary defenders better.
