It almost seems unfair to have to compete with zero state tax.

5% doesn't seem like much but when you consider how much the base salaries can be - it's quite a bit.

5% of 15m is 750,000 and over 4 seasons it's 3M

I mean really, in a way that gives those no state tax teams, 5% more cap space
