Savage already benched for Watson, and Watson leads a TD drive.

A lot of sloppy O-Line play today.

Spare a thought for Mike Glennon. In the final series and in the Red Zone, needing a TD to beat the Falcons, he has 3 passes dropped and then gets sacked.

Should of won, Jordan Howard completely bottled it.... I would be furious if I was a Bears fan.

The officials are still the biggest black eye in this league, literally the worst officials in sport reside in the nfl. They just love affecting games. Seattle get a pick 6 and should be 6/7 points up, but its called back for a ridiculous block in the back call where the defender comes in from the side and brushes Rodgers, and then Lane gets ejected for a non-existent punch and Adams starts the fight and grabs his facemask....... yet gets no penalty himself.

There were other terrible decisions by the refs on RZ today, just wish they weren't always so flag happy.

I couldn't believe those calls. Unbelievable. Don't you have to get two personal fouls to be ejected?

Yes normally but I think a punch is an automatic ejection....................... not that there was one !!! lol

I think I lost half of one of my teams to injury.

Agree that the punch, or lack there of, was a terrible call.

However, the block in the back, was technically correct. He put his hands on the back and gave a slight push. By letter of the rule, it is illegal. There was no reason for Avril to even touch Rodgers. It was a stupid play by him. People can talk about how it didn't effect the play or he barely did it, but that's not the rule.

I still don't understand how NFL players get called for block in the back. It's easy, if you see the back of their jersey... don't touch them.

I hate seeing Wade coach a dominant defense that isn't Denver's. The Rams are absolutely laying it on the Colts.

I'm with you. Problem is we really don't play any terrible teams with a terrible QB, until week 14 when we play the Jets (who are currently on the clock with the 1st pick in the draft). And that's literally the only team we play that I expect a performance like LAR or JAX had today.

How about the no holding call in the end zone, in the GB-SEA game?

Yes....new season (other than we started Thursday), some new wrinkles, and some injuries. Some of the better teams looked ordinary, BUT I would never put too much stock into the 1st game of the season....unless a team suffers key injuries. I expect The Pats and The Seahawks to get revenge soon.

Lots of interesting rookies this season! Will be fun charting their course. Some look to be real (ie. Hunt, Fournette).

Can't remember a season with so much hurricane related impact. Hopefully that's all done for this year! Stay safe!
