  • Can Aaron Rodgers Work Some Magic?

With the loss of Wentz, a great young QB who had his team's sights firmly on a SB championship, is it time for the return and heroics of another QB, a great one?! Aaron Rodgers.

Odds are not good for Green Bay, but they kept any hope alive with their comeback victory over The Browns. They are still in contention, though with not much traction. But can ARod return and revive the drive? Can he close out against 3 good teams - at Carolina, at home to Minnesota, and at Detroit? And even if so, is it enough? Well folks, with players like Rodgers, anything is possible. Not only do they have the talent, but they provide the leadership for others to follow.

I have no doubt that, if Rodgers is ready, Jordy Nelson will again become a factor, as will all GB receivers. And now Jamaal Williams is showing his goods as a skilled RB, just at the right time, while Aaron Jones is back from injury. Lots of weapons!!

OK....the big game is this week, on the road against The Panthers. This is the one, because a loss and it's pretty much lights out. BUT...if ARod still has it, and we all know what he has, a win is possible. Sure, Minnie is next, but in Green Bay. I like the odds of that one, if they beat Carolina. Then it's Detroit.....my opinion is that, if they win the first two, why not three?

Still not sure if that gets them in. But hey, it sure would be fun to see it happen (as a GB fan). And no doubt, if they get in, they become a serious threat in the playoffs.

Lots of IFs folks. But it would make for some fun football.

Ball is in the Pack's court. They could win out if Rodgers comes back and just balls out of control.

This isn't the first time Rodgers missed time with a collarbone injury and came back and got the Packers to the playoffs.

The biggest IF with Green Bay is if the defense can slow teams down enough to where it's not a complete shoot out.

Can the defense keep Cam from running rough shot.

Can the defense prevent the tandem of backs the Vikes have and make Keenum's job hard.

Rodgers will be Rodgers, the most gifted QB to play in the league. But will the defense and cast around him show up.

Rodgers would definitely have a real chance to go 3-0 to finish out the season and take these guys to the playoffs. With the Seahawks trending the wrong direction, the Rams losing to the Eagles, the Eagles losing Wentz. This could be a perfect year to take a NFC team to the SB. Saints, Panthers, Falcons, Vikings... all mixing it up.

Well folks....at least we now know that ARod will have a chance to show us some magic.

Game on! This is going to be a fun weekend in The NFL. Love to see GB over Carolina, The Chargers over KC, The Rams over The Seahawks, and most definitely The Steelers over The Cheaters.
