  • Cooks traded to LA Rams

    Patriots always making moves

    Got a first and a 6th for Cooks and a 4th

Another big move by The Rams, while giving The Pats additional 1st round draft capital. The Rams look "all in" for a championship run. Not sure they have any weak spots.

NE Is hoping for Odell Beckham. But we'll see.

But gotta say, there is a lot of discontent in NE these days, so who knows.

I love it personally. Crybaby Brady feels unloved. Gronk isn't sure if he's coming back. That's a smoke screen. He'll be back. Bill Belicheck is angry he had to trade Jimmy G.

And what makes this worse is that cry baby Brady wanted Jimmy G gone and TB saying he wanted to play until he was 45. But now he's changing his tune.

So NE got rid of their "heir apparent" because you were insecure, and now you're saying you're most likely gone in a year?

In other words, they traded the guy who was gonna replace you because they thought you'd be around for awhile and now you're saying you might not be around because you don't feel appreciated? Are you kidding me?

Also, in terms of Gronk...BB is putting out feelers that he's upset that Gronk isn't "all in." And he's willing to trade him.

Love that there's so much turmoil in NE. Doesn't mean they won't be contenders, just means players are sick of playing there. Bye Amendola, Butler, Deion Lewis, Brandon Cooks.

It's a great day when there's conflict and bad crap going on with NE. Hope they're really imploding.

I think losing Jimmy G was the biggest mistake of all!! The young man is going to be a star in this league for many years. He was the heir apparent. Brady, with all his superficial friendliness and "say the right things" is a diva at heart. Still has a chip on his shoulders, when no one cares anymore. Announcement...."Tom, you made it to the NFL and you are a great player!"

I hope their ship sinks. It's time for The Eagles and Rams and Vikes and San Frans of the world (note The NFC strength) to be the next generation of the game. Hopefully along with us at some time fairly soon.

Sure, The Patsies will do well again, because they have little competition yet. But once Tom fades, and BB sees the writing, it's back to being a team that was not well known for anything. I liked them then.

It's not just that he traded Jimmy G, it's that he traded him for basically nothing. Cleveland was willing to sell the farm for him and BB didn't even entertain their call. Just decided to trade him to SF because BB is a close friend with Mike Shanahan so traded him to SF because of Kyle Shanahan.

Lots of noise around here these days and it's not happy noise.

I seriously doubt that will happen. Beckham may want to go to New England, but Bill Belichick has never been one to pay receivers big money.
