              In that situation you are just hoping they find something. And there is some type of penalty on every play.. So, unless they have to call a specific penalty on a specific player..no.

                I gotta say it seems to me, one of the big reasons refs missing calls is because of all the rules changes. Leave rules the way they were for a while and I bet things sink in.

                For each rule change - you can postpone any kind of consistency
                The beatings will continue until morale improves....

                  Giants co-owner John Mara said he's "not sensing a lot of support" from fellow NFL competition committee members to make big changes to the instant replay system.
