Cowherd Says Russell Wilson Wants Out Of SEA To Play For Giants

The rumors started early in the regular season. But I doubt the part about Ciara wanting to go to New York. I think that’s Cowherd putting his thoughts into it. If Wilson wants to make a move for her career, he’ll end up on the Dolphins or the Raiders, possibly the Chargers or Falcons depending on Rivers and Ryan. I’d even throw Dallas in that mix as well.

Ciara was born in Texas, but was a military child so she has lived all over including California and New York, but Atlanta, specifically Riverdale where she went to high school is considered her hometown and where she became famous as a music artist. She’s been dabbling in acting and modeling the past few years so being near LA makes more sense to me. If she’s trying to revive her music career I’d imagine she’d want to be closer to Atlanta where her most successful producers are.

Colin Cowherd is the king of the hot take. Most of the things he says are just garbage to draw controversy and get calls or people talking. At least he took time away from his constant "Lebron is better than Jordan" hot takes that he routinely spouts.

Hasn't this been a rumor since the Golden Tate vs. Wilson over the ex gf fiasco. I dunno, places like this with immature locker rooms and "edgy" head coaches always seem to be rumormills.

Interesting!! Makes sense to me, if The Giants are not keen on the current college crowd. I would argue that Russell Wilson, along with Barkley, Beckham Jr, and several other decent weapons, could be a contender year one. They would add to their Oline, and go after a few FAs/draftees on D....and bingo, they are scary!

I was hoping we could make this happen, but it appears the argument is for him and his wife to be in more marketable turf, like NYC/LA.

I like the possibility though. One thing for sure, it would certainly change the dynamics of the draft. Unless Seattle moved ahead of us, it would likely add one more quality QB to our potential shopping list.
