It was amazing to me seeing them signing big names after they already were stacked with talent. I have to think money is no small part of why this move was made. Heck I could be wrong though.

Didn't he flop or do some kind of 'protest' play in his last game? Thought I heard something like that. Might have been someone else
they were making room for Ramesy, wow what a day. still wish we could have landed Peters.

I like his toughness but he does give up "the big play" way too much for my liking.

Ravens acquired CB Marcus Peters from the Rams

Ravens acquired CB Marcus Peters from the Rams in exchange for LB Kenny Young and a 2020 fifth-round pick.
Shaky in 2018, Peters had been specializing in giving up monster touchdowns this season, though his Pro Football Focus marks had actually improved. Either way, this is a complete white flag waving for a Rams secondary that just placed Aqib Talib on injured reserve. Young is a nobody in NFL trade terms. It's possible the Rams have their eyes on someone else (Jalen Ramsey) on the trade market. For their part, the Ravens on betting on Peters' play-making ability in their injured and under-achieving secondary. It would be far from surprising were 26-year-old Peters to bounce back in the Mid-Atlantic, though the nature of his game is always going to be volatile.
