The Washington Football Team announced Friday that it has released running back Derrius Guice amid allegations of domestic violence.

This promising back, drafted in the 2nd round (59th pick overall) has been hampered by injuries. I felt he would be their starter once healed.

Apparently he never should have been drafted in the first place.

The team ignored character concerns based on recommendations from people with an incentive to speak positively about him.
