  • Defense, the Eagles were so close

Been watching the Bronco's for a long time.
I think the defense took them to a new level in the 80's and early 90's.

The Eagles seemed to have the answer without a quality quarterback.

    Any opinions? I am sure?

You don't think McNabb is a quality QB?

Because of some of the scores, every team that plays the Patriots appears to be close, but honestly they can't even sniff their jocks.

NE was lucky Mcnabb had an off night to be honest, because the got dominated. Philly definatly should have won, but the key pick(s) in the red zone killed Phillys opportunity. Especially the one to Harrison when it was still 0-0. If they score there, 7-0 or 3-0 at worst, then recover the fumble, score the TD, and we have a 10-0 ball game at worst. Phillys defense played great ball, and the offense played really well despite Mcnabbs picks, and even despite those picks they still had a shot to win.

Says alot about Philly if you ask me.
