If you read the first post, it said, Kyle Turley released. Not going to be released. Even if they knew that, this is about him being released, not him about to be released. So it's not old news because the news is, Kyle Turley Released Now if it was, Kyle Turley is going to be released then yes you can say it is old news, but alas, it is not.
