Raiders sign R. Dudley

I quess they have a good reason for it, they signed him tues.....Dudley caught 29 touchdown passes in his 5 seasons with the raiders....only Tim Brown caught more passes during that span with 40.......In the last four seasons ,he has only caught 4 touchdown passess....he will have to compete with veterans that are returning.....
