    yeah refs suck..

when we played the ravens, they made two really bad calls against baltimore on the replays...heap caught it for a td and that catch was a catch..but oh well, we still lost...

do you ever see this in college?
    I DON'T THINK SO...

I haven't heard anything about Lepsis but Shanny said a fine was NOT expected.

Rod Smith did get fined, however, to the tune of $20,000.

Later that same game, a ref is standing in the middle of the field, close enough to the action to actually stop the play.... lucky he didn't get tackled! No one was ejected for that one, but, isn't it getting kind of touchy?
I agree with you on the Lepsis play. Here a clip from the Post:

...Then Fuller entered the fray and stuck his hand underneath Lepsis' jersey, on to the Broncos offensive tackle's shoulder pads. Just then, field judge Greg Gautreaux tried to break up the confrontation, grabbing Fuller's arm. Lepsis pushed away Fuller's arm, which consequently moved the official.

Then Shanahan said an official 15 yards away from the play threw the penalty flag on Lepsis and ejected him.
But Rod Smith deserved to be ejected. I think we all know he wasn't going after the ref but he DID deck the guy after all. Intent didn't really matter to the ref when he got popped in the face. It's too bad 'cause Rod is one of the nicer guys out there and he wouldn't intentionally abuse the officials like that.

The Refs screwed up the Cheifs game for us. They ejected Rod Smith for an accident. And its total 'bout Lepis's leg whip that got them ejected. If Billick is against The instant replay than I'm against refs.

If you saw the flag that Chad Johnson of the Bengals got last week you would wonder what the hell the refs this year are thinking. Complete, where do they get these maroons?
