Interesting article from the Pro Football Talk Rumor Mill:
"The admission by Mr. Moss that he has been for time to time acquainted with Mary Jane makes us wonder whether, despite Terrell Owens' recent turdish behavior, Randy is still the less desirable of the duo.
"Despite his flaws, Owens has never had an issue with alcohol or drugs. He's got no rap sheet. He is, quite simply, an ***hole. A major ***hole, to be sure. But if being an ***hole disqualified a guy from playing pro football, the powers-that-be would have a helluva time getting 53-times-32 guys into uniform.
"Moss, on the other hand, has had a history of brushes with the law, dating back to high school. He spent 30 days in jail after testing positive for marijuana while on probation. He was arrested for knocking over a traffic control officer with his Lexus in September 2002. (A marijuana cigarette was found in his car at the time, but he claimed that it wasn't his.)
"And now this -- an admission of periodic marijuana use.
"Sure, Moss is motivated in light of his unceremonious exit from Minnesota. And we think he'll have a big year. But T.O. was similarly well behaved in 2004 in his first year out of San Fran. Come 2006, Moss likely will get moody when the ball isn't thrown his way enough, or when the losses pile up, or when someone tries to tell him that he can't do something he wants to do.
"For now, we'll call it a tie. We'd want neither guy on our team for more than a season.
"If that long."
