Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

Now, don't get me wrong here, but geez, could the Texans have it any harder?
I think I feel bad more for David Carr, who by all stretches of the imagination could be a *great* QB (he reminds me a lot of a young Plummer at AZ, honestly), but is with an offensive line made up of paper mache.
I hope the poor kid gets sent to backup a solid team, and their starter gets waxed so David Carr can come out and show what he's made up. The guy has a great arm and cool presence, I just hate to see him get beat up as much as he does.
I have absolutely no sympathy for Carr! Everyone keeps saying it is his line! Bull Crap! The Patriots' offensive line blows, but does Brady get sacked 20 times a game? No!
Carr needs to learn how to MOVE in the pocket and THROW the ball away! I think it is 75% Carr and 25% the offensive line.
