Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.

I know I am 13 and I am chatting with older people but please i do not care you can make fun of me and critize me all you want if i say some thing stupid(particulary like this). I want you guys to know i am not stupid AT ALL. I read college level books all the time I even read the book ROOTS!!!! which most adults haven't even read or will read and third of all. I do not spell bad It's something called "slang" but since most of you are not in my age group i think i should stop using it well I hope that sets the record straight on all this ok bye.

AG, even if you had all the knowledge in the world, you've got to work on the language skills in order to be taken seriously. No one's saying you have to be perfect, but speaking the latest slang when you're among your friends is entirely different than relating to the "world at large". To succeed, you're going to have to be "bilingual" in a way.

I know that there have been some people, AG, that have gotten on you about your grammar. That, of course, is not my issue with you.

That's fine..........but, for example, when I was an EMT on rescue we had many people who were "book smart", but lousy at patient care when on calls in the field, needless to say they didn't last long on the job..sow...
