Yes, Alexander gets stuffed, but he carries the ball morer than any other back. He is not second in stuffs per carry. In fact, he's not even in the top 20 of than negative stat. I noticed that you ignored than one.

Face it, you just can't admit when you are wrong about the guy.

Maybe you should put your petty bias about the guy and his team aside and judge him accurately.
Did you even read my other post?

As a matter of fact, did you even read any of my posts?

Holmgren, and the OC, have stated many times that they would love to be ABLE to drop the ball off on screens and dumpoffs to Alexander, but they CAN'T!

I like that though, they've got the deepest receiving core so that means they don't throw it to the RB, at all...

I have posted facts wg=hich point to your error in judging Alexander's talent. You have only posted opinion supported by more opinion. skisupreme4 wins this one in a landslide.

            ...

Neither Holmgren nor the O.C. have ever stated such a thing.

It is one thing to spout opinion based on nothing, but it's quite pathetic to spout opinion based on something you make up to support your opinion.

I have paid attention to Alexander for several seasons. In the past, the rap against him was that he didn't run through tackles. and that he danced around in the backfield too much. This season, he looks as though he's a different player. He's breaking tackles and getting the tough yards. This can't be attributed to this "contract year" stuff either. He was in a contract year last season and the critics like WABronco were bashing him then even as he almost earned a rushing title.

There is no doubt that this season he has emerged as the best back in football. Can he keep it up? I see no reason to believe that he can't. This season, he's simply awesome. He's having one of the greatest seasons a back has ever had to this point. In the past he was simply a great back, this season he's an awesome back who's nearly unstoppable.

So what if LT catches more passes? So would Alexander if they threw the ball to him more. Saying he can't catch is just plain ignorant. People who say that don't know anything about him, or have never seen him play. They just read stats and see that he hasn't caught many passes this season and assume it's because he has bad hands.

So far to this point, I don't think Alexander has displayed any weakness to his game.

Hey guys.. Im not being biased or anything but I think It's funny that Larry Johnson has only been mentioned twice in this thread and that he's not even on the poll. He may not be the best in the league but he should definely be on that list.
The guy in my avatar's not even in the league anymore.

If even you don't think he's the best, why should he be a choice as the best RB in the game?

Yes they have, Holmgren came on 950 kjr am and basically said "We'd like for Shaun to run more routes out of the backfield, but that isn't his strongest suit." I'm not making that up. And there was a story in the papers where the OC said the exact same thing, Seattle PI I believe...

Well, it's quite obvious that you haven't. You're making redundant points that I have already acknowledged...

The facts you posted only back up my statements...

Do me a favor, quit being so ignorant, read my posts so you understand where I'm coming from, and then watch the week 14 Hawks game in its entirety. You can watch the MNF vs. Philly, but he always kicks it up a notch on national TV so it's really not a good example...

Where are you from and how old are you? Why don't you tell me where you get all of your inside info? Do you analyze game film? Do you have direct connections to scouts? What?

I'm bashing Alexander because he doesn't deserve all this money he thinks he's got coming to him. It's plain and simple, he doesn't.

I've acknowledged many times that he's productive and he's good in the redzone. I don't know why you guys are so stuck on that cuz I've already acknowledged it.
