its a natural reaction for people to dislike a team that gets outplayed and then gets out of jail and kc do it alot. perfect examples are the denver and green bay matches. and oakland. and baltimore.

of course any1 would take a win but the media go so over the top with kc and there fans buy it. they are definetly not the best team in the afc whatever there record shows. (btw - kc fans go on about the denver injuries as if they make no difference, i dont like ppl who make excuses for poor performances but if we r being honest than kc would have a worst record than .500 if they suffered the same as denver) also, i keep hearing this rubbish about new england coping with injuries. i like n.e. but they still have qb #1 not #3 and are no hit in the positions denver are.

It's all nice coach speak to say guys have to step up when you have injuries, but if those players stepping up had the skills to be starters they wouldn't be back-up to begin with. You are rarely if ever going to see a second stringer play as well as a first, when you have multiple injuries you're whole team is down graded. The difference over the last 4 weeks is injuries. Would we have won allfour games, probably not, would we have won more than one, hell yes.
KC has the best record at this point in the NFL, but that doesn't neccessarily make them the best overall team. They are not #1 in offense or defense but are doing just enough and getting the needed nreaks to win.The Game Day Thread: Year 18 in progress!!!

Making claims about how other teams would cope with injuries is nonsensical. Players have made thier carreer by filling in for an injured player (Tom Brady anyone?) Claiming KC would be lower than 500 is wishfull thinking on your part. Also, N.E. had more starting players out than the Broncos did on Monday night.dont let him pull dat move on ya, dont let him pull that move.......................oh no dats da move! TOUCHDOWN!!!

damn it. omg, ok let me see. you're a chief fan? ok, say you lose your 5 best players, thats preist holmes(speaking of average, plummer is to the broncos what holmes is to kc), whoever his backup is, dante hall, jonnie morton and shawn barber for 4 games, are you really 8-0? no, but of course you would be if you had them in right? thats all i'm sayin.dont let him pull dat move on ya, dont let him pull that move.......................oh no dats da move! Good teams have players step up and cover for the injured players, Denver hasn't maybe KC would.dont let him pull dat move on ya, dont let him pull that move.......................oh no dats da move! Man, you're really hung up on this Plummer thing. I didn't see N.E. crying when they lost Bledsoe, they just went out and won the suoerbowl without him. Same when the Rams lost Trent Green, they just put the excuses aside and won with Warner. Like I said , good teams and coaching staffs adjust and drive on.
Let's face it. The Broncos' backup QB's sucked. No hidden gems there. That's Shanny's fault for thinking Beuerlein's creaky old joints could still hurl the ball with accuracy. He'd better fix that problem next season. In the meantime, there's no doubt our offense is completely different now than when Jake was starting."You can't take the sky from me..."
