      Geez, they beat the Texans and now they think they're good enough to beat the Chiefs.

      I hope they do but I doubt they will.

      Normally the team on the other end of a guaranteed victory will use that as motivational material. But I doubt the Chiefs will take it seriously enough to have it fire them up.

      I do like Vermeil's response:

      "We don't need to inspire our opponents any more than they need to be inspired," Chiefs coach **** Vermeil said Monday. "We try to make very rational, classy statements and always reflect positively on our opponents."
      I don't like the Cheifs but Vermeil is a smart, classy coach.
