uhhh. . . . didn't the hawks grab tatupu in the 2nd round too?

Actually, you're right. Tatupu was taken with the 45th overall selection, Thurman with the 48th.

My logic still stands, but I stand corrected... for some reason I thought Tatupu went in the first.

Wanna talk smack, Brownie boy? There's a forum for that.

Ricky Hunley is a linebackers coach. Now if it was say the strength and conditioning coach or perhaps the head coach himself, Marvin Lewis. I would be more inclined to believe it. But this is the linebackers coach talking. How obscure can you get? He isn't in a position of power. After a game do the media go to him to get answers about a game? No they don't. They go to the head coach. When a player gets injured who are the top three people talked to? The injured player, the head coach, and the strength & conditioning coach. Of course though none of them are interviewed there. It is only the linebacker coach. So untill the strength and conditioning coach or the head coach come forward and say that Palmer is ready then I will only take this in with a grain of salt. I was not talking smack. I was trying to make this point. But you took it is smack so I was forced to spell it out to you and here it is.
The Browns are gone; I'm not a fan of the Impostors

The real Browns are in Baltimore, see?

Im picturing Dawgfan as a big fat pile of sour grapes...remember this is a guy who thinks that Northcutt is over-rated maybe in Brown town buddy

But since you posted it in the smack forum (?) I will add that the Bengals will be lucky to finish 3rd in the division this year.
              This isn't the smack forum.

And how can you possibly believe that the Bengals will finish behind either the Ravens or the Browns? The Ravens defense is not going to be what it once was, Steve McNair is injury prone, their running game did nothing last year, and they've only got one wide receiver worth a lick on the team (along with a pretty darn good tight end, I'll give you that).

As far as the Browns are concerned, they're not there yet. I remain unconvinced.

Bengals repeat 11-5 again this year.

Maybe it was that whole "Wow!" schtick that you used. Sarcasm and smack are fraternal twins.

While I understand your logic, I certainly fail to see why the LB coach of an NFL team would be left completely out of the loop on the health of the most important player on his team, regardless of the fact that he coaches the other sie of the ball. Furthermore, the source of the story has a relationship with Hunley because of his background, thus explaining why the strength and conditioning coach or Lewis was not interviewed.
