You could be right, not impossible to imagine the scenarios either way. Winning 2 at home would be a great "start", but I am a typical impatient Raider fan who wants all 3, as unrealistic as it may sound this early in our "rebuilding" process. The games outside the division are semi-tough, vs. the North (2-2 at best), vs. the NFC West (3-1 is not out of the question as the Rams & 49ers are weak and the Cards are a flip flop.)

    So:

    vs. AFC West: 2-4
    vs. AFC North: 2-2
    vs. NFC West: 3-1
    vs. Houston - W
    vs. Jets - W

9 wins. The Raiders have to get to this mark not just to improve, but to simply prove that they are a team who handles the business they should handle. A lot of the losses during the Turner "era" was filled with losses that were pathetic. 9-7 vs Cleveland at home???

An 8-8 record would be good if they lost to teams they should lose to. The 3 divisional games on the road, at Seattle, at Baltimore and vs Pittsburgh I think are definite losses. Home vs. Denver might be one if Denver's running threat is established. The Arizona game is a flip flop. Imagine Matt Leinart killing us. Oy.

I'm going Giants-Panthers in the NFC, and Broncos-Bengals in the AFC. That's all i'm saying.

The fact that you don't have the Pats on your list makes you look silly.

            Colts.

Because all of the other teams suck.

                Doin' great man!

I am just trying to hammer some things out at work so I can settle down at the homestead and prepare myself for the upcoming season.

This is going to be an exciting year. For a lot of teams.

I see the Broncos being very good this season too.

Need to get caught up with your boards so I can figure out who to draft for FF.
(always have a hard time figuring who the stud RB is going to be from Denver)

I actually agree with a Pats fan.... but not just because NE isn't on here. I think KC, SD, NE, MIA.... even Dallas might be more realistic options than some of the teams in the poll...... more so than Baltimore, Washington or Philly. IMO.

I think the Broncos will win it but you know what would be a great AFCCG, The Broncos and the Browns. Bringing history back.

I say Eagles. I expect them to have a big year again after last seasons disappointment.

Imigine that, 65% picking the Broncos and the pats and the panthers left off the list and the falcons, eagles and ravens make the list.

Looks like the person that started this thread is a bird fan.

                          Pats vs Panthers

Pats win by 4 (don't need av for that win)
