As you all know, there is a plan to possibly put a team into the LA Anahiem area. That would move the number of total teams to 33. If that were to happen, it would make the schudule tougher to make and it would mean one division would have 5 teams instead of 4. I think it is stupid to have 33 teams. What do you think.

Getting a team back in the area does not appear imminent. No team has been designated, nor has a decision been made whether Los Angeles or Anaheim would get an existing franchise which relocates or an expansion team.
From NFL.com
It looks like it could be a new team but I think the Chargers. I heard that they were looking for a new stadium. I heard that.sigpic

If we do go for two new teams I would guess that the second will go somewhere else other then California.
I know that Las Vegas NV, Portland OR and San Antonio TX have all been trying to get an NFL franchize...expanding to Mexico or maybe Toronto, Canada could be a possibility too.

The 'Old' Browns would be the Cleveland Browns
and
The 'New' Browns would be the Baltimore Browns.
But that did not happen. The team in Baltimore is a brand new team that began in 1996.
The Cleveland Browns began in 1946 and then had a 3 year hiatus following the 1995 season.Last edited by Charlie Brown; 06-17-2006, 07:52 PM.

I hope not.
More teams means the talent level becomes diluted, which in terms means the quality of the game goes down.
32 is set. Hopefully the NFL will understand this and leave things how they are.

Tags and the rest of the owners have decided there will be NO new expansion team(s) added to the 32 set already in place. meaning, if/when a team comes to LA/Anaheim it will be an existing franchise that relocates.
my guess Bills, Vikings, and outside chance Raiders. Saints would be logical, but Tags has pledged to keep them there and is a good move for that area the fans in N.O.
although the Chargers were originally from LA i dont see them moving back.sigpic
