  • Reggie Bush agrees to terms with Saints (Merged)

6 years for $51 million. Not too shabby.

          good to hear....

and he got the right money i think...

he didnt deserve more than williams...

because he was "NOT" number one...

and im really hoping the saints improve this year...

and signing bush is a huge piece to help them in their way...

it really was sad with katrina and such and the fans and the stadium and the winning record...

          or the lack of it...

            Bush signs with Saints

Yep, the holdout is finally over, and hopefully ESPN can stop analysing it 24/7 now.

            http://www.nfl.com/teams/story/NO/9578202

From other sources, I heard it reported as a 6 year deal, but I'm hesitant to post them because of some glaring mistakes damaging credibility such as saying his deal should come close to the $90 million Mario Williams contract is for... since when was Williams raking in that much?!?!

Anyways, his holdout is officially over.

[Edit] My mistake. Bush hasn't actually signed the contact yet, so it's not official. It is, however, the case that an agreement has been made upon the contract.

[Edit2] Once again, my mistake. It is signed, and was Saturday night. Sorry for all the confusion.

              They finally got it done.
Reggie will now just be able to focus on football and we all know what he can do when that happens.

The Saints deserve for something good to happen to them and this might just be the start.
