The Broncos have had the most aggresive offeason that I can remember in a while.

I think Baltimore has tried to be aggressive, but that whole T.O. thing was whacked. Too bad for them.

Cleveland jettisoning Couch and signing Garcia was a bold move, I am not sure if it means playoffs, but it does mean more consistency at QB.

The Raiders, as usual, are active free agency seekers.

I can't think of any other big names moves (Ok, TO to Philly, but what else have they done?)

Now, with the draft coming up, we could see some trades and stuff. I am not sure what SD will do, but if they DO trade, it will be for something big, either more picks or a player and pick. And I don't think they would settle for a scrub player either.

The Lions - They had a fantastic draft. With a better Oline, they can get rolling. Roy Williams and Jones in the draft will make this team a factor if they can play well early. In about two years, the Lions offense looks SCARY. Williams and Rogers could become one of the best receiving tandoms in the league. Harrington will continue to make strides under the Mooch. Outcome: 8-8, 9-7

10-6 if all the young players step up to the plate.
                          Buccaneers forever.

I'd say the Bronco's, Redskins, Eagles and Raiders had the best offseasons so far.

Sorry I got to go with my homer post here and say Philadelphia. They picked up two perenial (sp.?) superstars in Kearse and TO. McNabb is one of the elite QB's in the game and they have signed a good athletic LB in Dhani Jones. All in all, I thought the Eagles did stuff under the radar in the off-season as well such as Jim Johnson helping out the run defense by making Simoneau gain 11 lbs. Which is huge considering his playing weight was at 234 and he would routinely get run over. Now at the same weight as Urlacher and Lewis, won't be as great nor near but will contribute to stopping the run. Along with two healthy back-up run stuffers in Grasmanis and Thomas.

Thanks to Jim for this awesome sig
