Well, I got attacked on this thred for simply saying that Kubiak got way too pass happy playing a team that was begging to be beat.

So what does he do this Sunday folks? Does he keep throwing the ball with nil attempt what-so-ever to implement a running game? No! He doubles his run attempts from last week, which carries over to the passing game. (As I said it would.) Against a team that is 'suppose to be better at stopping the run than Dallas. Jax came in at rank 7th over all defense.

My original post was simply to say Kubak was in a system that featured a balanced attack and it seemed he left that behind him.

So what did the football 'geniuses' who attacked me have to say?

The better replies were. "Give Kubak time."

"they (Texans) have an inferior O-line" I guess they're not as 'inferior as you thought.

"They don't have anybody to who can carry the ball..." Well. Lundy had a fairly good preseason. Again, only Kubaik can answer why he didn't play him or run more against Dallas.

I am only posting to say Kubial 'ran' a much more balanced attack this weekend with the same guys they had in Dallas and by doing so their offensive production went up.

I don't care what happens to Kubes or Houston, as long as they lose to Denver.

I mean, great that Kubes got a head coaching job, but to get this steamed up at how bad Houston is seems odd for a Bronco fan.

I agree. I don't understand where this thread came from and why. We all wished Kubes good luck in Houston and I for one do sorta wait to see their score and find out how they are doing. But that is just me. Curious.

But to jump on Gary's play calling makes no sense to me. That team will take 2-3 years just to get familiar with Kubes and each other. As they draft in the next few years they will only get better. Their division isn't that tough even with the Colts in there.

Yeah, they don't have Charlie Cassidy selecting players anymore, so they should do good now. I still can't believe he passed on Reggie Bush.
