I can't stand it that the pathetic packers are getting so many night games. Not just this season but past seasons that they've sucked as usual. I know madden had a lot to do with it on MNF but why now SNF picking them? BOOOO!!

This game is unnecessary to put at Sunday night. It isn't that important the Packers are going to lose because they are terrible and the Bears already have home-field. It is a stupid game to put on Sunday night, and I really would like to know why they decided this game is worth it.

They probably figure that this might be Favre's last game in the NFL and its against a long-time division rival. I think Favre might be back next season, so this will be for nothing. Its a crappy game, but I'll probably at least watch some of it.

Could someone figure out how Strength of Victory works and how many more points the Packers need to catch up to the Giants?

Atlanta at Philadelphia and jags at KC would have been a better gave or even NE and Titans from how they are pulling miracles left and right.

but really not a for sure solid pick for this week... but my vote goes to niners and broncos game but that me

Bit of an odd choice, I thought the reason for these flex games was so that the prime-time games were meaningful & competitive?

If I remember rightly, the Pack need about 3 teams to lose and to beat the Bears? As a contest, this game may be as meaningful as a politician's promise!

Still, at least it means I get to bed at a reasonable hour, instead of 5am

It is actually a lot more easier then that, if they win and somthing like a giants loss and there in.

OK then, 2 games have to go their way....................I'd have thought that they'd have picked a game that guaranteed the winner a playoff berth or division though

Case 2 could very easily happen. Saints have already clinched the bye and will be resting a lot of players. Giants have not looked good since strahan was not plaing. Bears should also be resting a lot of starters due to the bye

i'm surprised as well by the choice of game. it will probably be meaningless and there were better games around.

                          the NE game

                          the kc - jags game

                          the denver game

                          MEANINGFUL GAMES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i like the packers but they are terrible and do not deserve to be in the playoffs. out of them all vying for wildcard places in the NFC i think the panthers could be dangerous (if delhomme is back, i'm not sure if it was a season ender or not) and maybe the giants as they have 'potential'.

teams like GB, SF, etc..... would just get whipped.

The sad thing is that even the Bengals game is more meaningful.
