Just because there is a disparity in hiring of black coaches, it doesn’t mean that’s the overriding reason why Eric Bieniemy hasn’t been hired as a head coach. He’s had multiple opportunities to impress organizations in interviews and has failed to do so. It is very possible that he has been judged by the content of his character and not the color of his skin.My Opinion isn’t determined by what the Popular Opinion is.
