Do not think it is disturbing but having to coach a certain way so the players learn, understand, stay focused, and stay comitted to football.
This teacher had to do this and put his job on the line for this player to succeed.
This is a pretty good coach if you ask me and it is sad that you do not get these type of coachs with every one sueing people now. This is a effective way to teach discipline with players that are old enough to understand.
I would like my son to have a coach like this
