Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

Who's behind center for the chodeland faders?
It really doesn't matter...I'm sure the "great " al davis has assembled a team that will have the rest of the NFL scared to even take the field at game time.
Any connection between your reality and mine is purely coincidental.

Well at least you're willing to admit it.
if you can't recognize sarcasm when you read it...let me help you...that was SARCASM
the last time anyone was scared of the faders was when they went to the old folks home to steal their prunes...

so they went from grandma and grandpa for players and cheer leaders...(not sure which is which)...to getting players from the local flag football team...it doesn't really matter though...they are still gonna be used as a second practice squad for the rest of the nfl
and the only thing under my skin is muscle..bones..veins..arteries..well you can see where this is going

In all respect to the Raiders players and fans, I cant see a major improvement this year.
New coach?
New names on D sure..
Who is gona run the ball? you have Gallery and is it Grove? the C, you really cant expect 2 rookie O linemen to be great right away, I think the Raiders will do better than last year but next year is when I would expect them to be alot better..
and who is gona be making Jake eat turf?
I think it will be the other way round..
DJ Williams, Pryce, Hayward, Wilson, Lynch just to name a few will be looking foward to the games vs Oakland, Lynce already has said he hates the Raiders from his days growing up in SD.
I think it will be the Raiders QB by commitee thats eating turf.
Originally posted by phuckthedonks The year that everybody made the biggest stink about their age was the year they went to the big dance.Where was the young donkeys then?.........at home watching from their couches.
The only reason we lost was because the man who BUILT our team was across the field, and knew our playbook better than that sorry excuse of a coaching staff that we had.
And if you wanna call the free agents we've added this season flag football players, then you've got your head up your ass farther than I previously suspected.
do you still have grandpa rice and brown?...maybe you should look in some of the other forums...talkin smack for eg...we've all been talking about the age of the faders for a long time...so kiss my ass you fader bi**h

Originally posted by phuckthedonks I can't kiss your ass, because I can't tell it apart from your face.Keep getting your panties in a wad;it's pretty amusing.
you thinking the faders are a threat is what is amusing...i don't wear panties...i'm not a woman or a faders fan...sorry to ruin your fantasy...anything you say doesn't bother me at all...i sympathise with your condition...take your medication and you'll be alright

Originally posted by phuckthedonks It's a good thing you'll have your favorite soccer team to root for over there, because the Raiders are ganna disappoint you.
Soccer?
whats that?
your probably right there plonkthedonk, the Raiders will dissapoint me, and you and everyone else...
Originally posted by phuckthedonks Of course they're a threat. The only reason they weren't in the playoffs last year was because (1) Coach Callahan was a stupid ass to change our entire offensive playbook to a system that was overly complicated to ANY NFL player.Even he and the Offensive coordinator couldn't get their **** together due to it.(2)The following key players were on injured reserve by,or before the eighth game of the year.
That's 16 KEY players, with 13 of them belonging to the 1st string units. There's not a single team in the league that could compete as well with this many key players hurt.
You can deny it all you want, but the facts are facts. Our 4-12 finish last year only helped to set us up for the GREAT draft we had this year.Add that with all the quality free agents we've signed, and there's no denying that we're ganna field one KICKASS football team.
the average age of that list is about 35, that is why you guys suck.
I count 3 pokes it takes to bring Q down!! Q is the Man
Originally posted by phuckthedonks Fact: The average age of the Raiders now is 26.Even with the vets.
Fact: The average age of an NFL rookie is 23.You do the math.
Some of those "older" guys on that list aren't on the team anymore.
You need to research your facts before you post bull****.
i was talking about THAT LIST, the list you gave us, not the whole faider team, gannon 39, woodson 40, lincoln kennedy 33, garner 32, romo 38, stubblefield, parella 35, middleton and sims 30,

Originally posted by phuckthedonks Okay,we'll split hairs if you want.Out of "THAT LIST",the following players are no longer with the team,so their ages can't be thrown into the equation, when factoring an average age.If you'll pay closer attention, you'll notice these details.
-Garner
-Kennedy
-Armstrong
-Romo
Then there's the possibilty that R.Woodson will have to retire, but I threw his age in,in case he doesn't,just to be fair.
The average age of those left over on "THAT LIST" is actually 29.Only 3 years older than the whole team's average age,but 6 years less than you ASSUMED.Six years is a long time in the NFL.
The Raiders were older than they are now, when they WON THE DIVISION and went to the dance. The younger Donkeys watched it from their couches,so obviously the "old Raiders" philosophy is bunk.As Chris Berman always says......"that's why they play the game."
we were talking about last year and why you went 4-12, i came to a conclusion, that it wasnt that all those players got hurt, it was because those were actually the best players on the team, thats the sad part, and then the younger players couldnt step up for you.
I count 3 pokes it takes to bring Q down!! Q is the Man
That is if Washington or Sapp dont have a heartattack tryin to catch Jake and if Rice and Brown dont break theyre hips getting hit by Baily and Lynch.....

Maybe you should wait until half of your draftees/signees are cut, and THEN re-calculate. I'm thinking you'll see a dramatic upward climb in your avg. age........
