KC wanted to resign Allen before this eyar, but with his problem they didnt want
to give out alot of money for an exdended period of time. They were willing to
give Allen a 1 year deal for the amount he wanted, then to Re-sign him next offseason
depending on how he performed in the last 12 games of the season.


Also, for the guy saying we are just crackign down now... Allen got his DUIs during
last season.

For our sake, I hope he leaves KC after this season, which is very possible depending on how they want to deal with LJ's contract situation.

There is only so much money to go around and LJ is demanding King Solomon's gold from you guys.
