Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

Do the Chiefs have enough power to get to the play-offs???
While I will disagree with your overall assessment of Holmes, the line does need to be discussed--as well as Tony Richardson. The same could be said of TD, however (Zimm, Griffith, Stink, etc.). I would rate TD as a far better and much more highly skilled player than Holmes, personally. Priest was a significantly above average player on a great offense. He was not an elite player in his own right, but a very good one. I think the clincher is that Holmes almost always lead the league in rushes for negative yards while TD rarely got caught in such a situation.
L.J. is a great musle man going through traffic, slow runner and a ****ty blocker...
holmes he was a great runner, great blocker and lots of speed..
tony R. he was a great bocker but not much more then that..
k this just seals it-you're an idiot. i don't want to say it, but great one? hit the ****in bong again buddy i get the concept-he's retired, and played good for a small period-so in sports, you're not allowed to say these players are overrated, but he was. that kc line made a roughly 1150 yard, 7 td back into what we saw. football's gotta be the easiest sport to get lulled into false reputations by if you don't know what to ook for or watch.
Not that it would matter to you, but Al Wilson even said LJ is light years behind Priest.
If Wilson, oh, let me think here, who was the starting Pro-Bowl MLB, said this about LJ, does that not even say anything to you?
Unless you've captained an NFL Defense at the MIKE position
What shows you don't even believe what you're saying, and that you know you're wrong, is you've resorted to name calling.
Um, the Ravens had Ogden. By all accounts that was a pretty good line. The same line blocked for Jamal Lewis in a 2000 yard season.
the same team that blocked for preist....and decided to draft jamal because what?
because they didnt see a record breaking year in td's in his future? and so they just decided they could let preist go?...no ultimately they thought preist wasnt worth the money and let him go to ....do you honestly thgink if they though preist would do what he did in kc while in balt they would have let him go?
and what has jamal did before or after that season?...his 2000 yard season was a direct result of haveing a extremly easy schedule of teams unable to stop the run...mainly the browns....what did he get in those games combined 450-500 yards?

I'm confused
You're first part of your post, is backing the Ravens for letting Priest go...
The second part, is breaking Lewis apart.
Are you making a point about the fact that Baltimore should have kept Holmes and it was a mistake to let him go?...
(I'm just curious, but I do agree because I believe Lewis broke the single game rushing record against the browns, so over 300 in one.)

lets get off the back issue for now....
any new news about the chiefs in the last week...
they have fallen this off-season took some real big knock-outs..
I love to see this happen being a bronco fan knowing the games between chiefs and bronco's are great games to watch...I just want to see the broncos take control of this rivel which i dont think will ever happen.....
the season is still a ways off but I have so many goose bumps and can't wait for it to start..I am tired of poping in old games and watching them I ant the real deal...our bronco's have a hell of a team this coming year and cant wait to see what they do is it all going to come together this year or not will it take a year or so..I HOPE NOT..
What....did trent, willie & company all show back up?
Even Pederson is calling this year a 'rebuilding year'.......
8-8 if they're lucky.

now the chiefs will be lucky if L.J. even plays this season looks like it might be a hold-out for him..we'll see if this does go on the chiefs are doomed..

It seems that Indy broke the back of KC cause every since they lost in the playoffs these players are giving up and throwing in the towel. They lost a first round draft pick and three probowl caliber players, now Larry Johnson. This season should be very interesting for KC.

no there wont be nothing interesting about it at all...
they will be the lone dog in the afc west and the 4th worst team in the nfl this season
