  • who is the worst coach in the nfl?

since there is always talk about who is the BEST coach in the nfl let's look at who is the WORST coach in the nfl ( and thank god he's not employed by the broncos !!!!) i will start by naming TOM COUGHLIN as the worst coach in the nfl his players HATE HIM , he FAILED in jacksonville, he seems more about rules than being a players coach, down the stretch when his team was injurred and tired he had them in full pads every practice, he does NOT DEVELOP HIS PLAYERS( look at eli manning as an example) Do you ever look at him on the sidlines he ALWAYS LOOKS UNHAPPY! the guy looks like he needs PRUNES!!!!!!

            1. Norv Turner
            2. Herm Edwards

Then in no particular order because several of them are new or recently new to their positions:
Brad Childress, Wade Phillips, Tom Coughlin, D. Jauron, and Romeo Crennel.
            RIP Marquise Hill

Based on what he's done so far....Cam Cameron
He's already extremely unpopular down here.

1)Drafting Ted Ginn Jr. with the number 10 pick

                2) Trading for Trent Green

3)Chasing Daunte Culpepper out of town

                          He failed with Eli.

But he helped turn Barber become an all-pro.

And he failed in jacksonville? If by fail you mean he didn't win a super bowl, then yes he failed.
He should be credited as coaching the best expansion team of all-time. He took jacksonville to the afc championship game in their second year of existence!!!
In 1999, the jags were 14-2 and back in the afc championship game!

To put Herm Edwards on the list is a joke.

Anybody who has gone to the playoffs 4 times in his 6 years as a head coach shouldn't even be considered for the worst head coach. Guys like Tom Coughlin, Romeo Crennel, Jack Del Rio, Norv Turner, Gary Kubiak, Lane Kiffin, **** Jauron, Wade Phillips, Cam Cameron, Rod Marinelli, Brad Childress, and Mike Tomlin cannot be considered better head coaches than Herm Edwards.

It's a good thing Jay Cutler was a proven winner in college. Oh wait, nevermind.

How in the world is Herm Edwards even mentioned?

Did you see what he did with the Jets? I watched them from beginning to end and his biggest detriment is clock management, which is huge, but he still brings out a prepared product to the field.

And who thought KC was going to go .500 last year, much less make the playoffs? He's bad in some areas, but better than most in others.

By the way, the worse coach in the NFL now is Jack Del Rio. For three years they were the preseason superbowl champs, and rightfully so with so many great pieces. All they've done is go 12-4, one and out, sandwiched between two mediocre/sub par seasons.
