Vick is in a lot worse off situation then Bryant was. Federal investigators do their homework, and don't throw a federal indictment against someone unless their's some kind of correlation with them. They know their $--t. At the very least they likely have concrete evidence linking Vick with dogfighting, and that alone isn't good.

I personally don't see how Vick will be able to keep his sanity going through this trial, AND trying to lead a team out on the football field. This will be mentally draining about it, and there have already been reports that Vick is completely "devasted" by the indictment, and things have been worse since then.

With as brutal and sadistic as the reports are, he is going to get absolutely crucified through the media and public relations any chance he's out around reporters and in public.

He did not, I repeat, He did not kill anyone!

He killed a lot of dogs... you can say what you want about them only being dogs, but considering just like dogs, we are animals too... you can't say much. I don't care that he didn't kill any humans, he killed a ridiculous amount of dogs... and just by training them to be as vicios as they were/are he put humans in danger.

John Clayton stated if he did plea guilty, he would be admitting his guilt, and there would be serious discussions about a possible lifetime ban from the NFL.

No buisness, sports or otherwise, wants an individual like that representing them in any way, shape, or form.

ALthough I think a lifetime ban would not happen, I would think his suspension would be sever enough to garner a couple seasons in the NFL, with the possibility of reapplying for reinsatement. If it came to that Vick would have to keep a squeeky clean image, because any sort of trouble with the law would likely bar him from ever being reinstated back into the NFL.

the only way vick will be able to suit up again is if he is found not guilty

this year he wont play because the team will have too many off the field distractions to deal with and they just dont need that when trying to put a new system in place. the falcolns will pay vick to sit this season out and if he is found guilty im sure they will get some if not all that money back from him .

If Vick is smart he will take a leave of absence. He is a royal f*** up. Now that his career is in jeopardy, he is finally seeing that he can't lie, break laws and blow people off....and expect to get away with it... All these Falcon players saying they want him on the field, have no clue as to the circus it will be and I guarantee that Vick's play will only be worse with so much on his mind. Harrington just might surprise alot of people and play really well. I would not be surprised at all if that happened.

Pit Bulls are one of the most viscious breed of dogs and are responsible for countless attacks on humans every year, even deaths.

Basically, through years of aggressive breeding, people that breed for dogfights are molding a weapon of sorts.

It was one of the initial reasons why dog fighting has been upgraded from a misdemeanor to a felony, and is taken very seriously across the entire country.

Did I say that he had the dogs fight people?? No, I said that by making the dogs as vicious as he had to in order for them to be able to fight he was endangering humans.

I am basing that on the same thing everybody is basing all of their opinions on with this case. The FBI doesn't throw the book at people unless they are absolutely positive they are correct. Do I still believe in innocent until proven guilty?? Yes, but right now signs are pointing at him killing a lot of dogs.

Vick won't plead guilty, and just because there is a grand jury indictment, means NOTHING. Seriously.. nothing. Those that believe the Feds don't throw charges upon Charges at people for nothing.... are just ignorant when it comes to matters like this. I'm not saying that Vick isn't guilty. I'm saying that, from personal experience, I know that the media is NOT something you want to count on as your source of information when it comes to matters like this (at ALL, they are not ones that are really interested in the facts) and just because the Federal Government is involved and making charges, does NOT make it an absolute fact that he's guilty. The indictment means nothing, and its VERY easy to get a grand jury to indict on anything. That being said, the Falcons can't possibly move away from their most dangerous weapon.. yet.

Does Atlanta want to risk going through that destraction all year, not to mention all the hearings that is going to take Vick out of preparation for his games on Sunday.

Football is an emotionally consuming sport and requires a good portion of the week to gameplan. How does Atlanta expect to just fit Vick in with the rest of the offense on Sunday, when he's leaving every so often for hearings, and has other priotrities over football.

Dude, you're wrong. Feds know their $hit and do their homework. The stats in a federal indictment court are......

- 90% of Indictments just plead guilty right away
- out of the few that plead not guilty, 1 out of 23 people are found innocent, and not convicted.

Basically, and I know stats don't mean anything when you look at each indiviaul case, but Vick has less than a 1% chance of being found innocent of these charges.

Feds don't issue an indictment unless they know exactly what they are charging, and what the evidence consists of. That's why they simply do not lose cases on tecnicality.
