    Curtis was a tough player.

He was an excellent RB in the NFL.

He tried to hold off his retirement as long as possible hoping for a return.

Best wishes on his future after retirement.

I say he is a top 10 back of all time. Very consistent

Not dominant enough to be top 10 in my book, but a fabulous player and competitor. Hall of Fame bound. A Denver to you.

One of the most consistent backs ever to play the game but not sure if he will be HoF worthy since he isn't really that well known.

Are you kidding, he was insanely popular for his reliability in NY< and the Pats hated to see him go back in the 90's. Curtis had like 10 straight 1000+ yard seasons ina row (More than Barry) and won a rushing title at age 31, who else has done that?

My first ever NFL jersey I bought was a C. Martin so I am biased, I am a die hard Broncos fan but ya gotta give it up here for Martin

I remember when he and TD tore it up their rookie season. I was mad when TD got hurt, and didn't win the ROY. Considering how many yds Martin ran for, imagine if TD never blew out his knee.
