Clearly whatever issues the Raiders have extend beyond just Al. He seems to have passed his talent as mismanaging that team to his offspring, NOT that I am complaining, mind you.

not sure what issues you are talking about. The Raiders are an up and coming team and, imo, will be contenders before very long....maybe in a year or 2.

I remember watching Norton play for the Cowboys when I was young and remember how all of my Cowboys loving family hated him when he became a 9er. He was a helluva player.

Looks like a very good hire for the Raiders, like it or not. He and Del Rio will make it tough for any opposition they face.

Unfortunately a good hire for the raiders. Norton has done a fine job in Seattle, let's hope JDR will find some way to screw the defense up in spite of Norton
