You're dead. You didn't answer either question when your life depended on it. All bets are unknown, that's the point of them.

I'll predict the Broncos win more than 7 games and Seattle will win fewer than 7, which is how many games each won last season. I'm basing this on my opinion of...

If you had to bet your life on it, would you pick the Broncos winning more or fewer games this season than last with Russ?

Who is "they"? I only speak for myself. You do realize I said that I agree with you that the Rams were probably a better team when they got Stafford compared to when we got Russ. But that is only our opinion. Are you saying you disagree with me agreeing with you?

    As far as being...

The Rams did appear to have a better team than the Broncos, but it's non-sequitor (that means it is illogical) to believe this is any sort of evidence as to the value of the Russ trade. It's also an opinion. We can also make the comparison that Wilson had a far better history and career up to the point...

The drama queens are out in full force, looking for an opportunity to gloat because it's more important for them to be right than the Broncos be good. It's funny how the opinions in what is being called by local media a very minor offense is actually directly affected by their view of Jeudy's worth...

Just for conversation, I don't mean to have two backs as our main personnel. I just think we should do it a few plays a game to put in on film for other Ds to have to prepare for. It's also a way of getting both on the field more. If Gordon were to play in place of Saubert or the FB(?) a couple of plays...

I'm not sure why bringing up the possibility of it happening is a "train"? My point was simply that plays doesn't necessarily equal carries. It's also possible that if Javonte is the better blocker and receiver that he gets more blocking and receiving assignments and fewer carries, although...

I agree. And splitting plays isn't the same as splitting carries. It's possible for the two backs to split plays with Javonte getting more carries and with Gordon playing more on passing downs with a higher percentage of pass blocking and receiving for his plays. And I still wish we'd play them a little...

I can't speak for "most" fans but to have a sane, RATIONAL conversation we need to first agree on what is an "elite" QB. IMO, Mahomes, Brady, Rodgers and Allen are the "most elite" QBs. Russ is in the next group of QBs. He can compete with and even outplay the elite QBs,...

So you're saying when the Chargers win they do it because of their rabid fan support and when they lose it's despite their rabid fan support?...

Rosters have never been the Chargers' problem. It's their fans...or lack of them. The Chargers play half their games on the road and the other half on a neutral field, and always have.

Your use of the word "trend" to "prove" your point only shows your lack of understanding how statistics and logic work. First, the sample size you use is way to small to have any significant relevancy.

You also fail to accept there are untold other factors, yet you argue...

  • IMO Gradishar was the most impactful defensive player ever for the Broncos. Meck was second. Champ and Atwater, both in the Hall were great but DBs don't impact games like ML in Gradishar's era or how Meck moved around the front 7. A CBs best games are often when they don't do "anything";...

Trend: Over 40 years without consecutive losing seasons followed by 5 straight losing seasons and being the only Super Bowl winning team to miss the playoffs the following 6 years. Those are numbers too and my numbers have a much larger sample size than yours....

You didn't mention that we got back a 4th and that the cap space we saved from trading Harris we singed DJ Jones, who is a probable improvement. Fant WAS a 1st, but probably had a trade value of around a 3.

Since you "expect nothing less than Super Bowl appearances" because we...
