If one of the top four Tackles had been available, it would have been interesting to see what they would have done. The WR position was quite deep, so others would have been available. It is worth noting that Ja'Wuan James opted out over two months after the draft. Elway & Co. were criticized...

Drew Lock completed ten of twenty-four passes. He threw the ball into the EZ eight times and had two picks which accounts for ten of the fourteen incompletions. His ypa was 7.9, so he was airing it out. A committed rushing attack with a vertical passing attack seems to be the way it will go. If...

The Broncos beat up on the Pats. A number of them were helped from the field and didn't return. Part of that beating was administered by the O-Line via thirty-seven rushing attempts.

If "Route 66" can't go, it will probably be Austin Schlottmann. I would guess Muti and maybe Morris would be active....

Pats beat the Raiders and Dolphins. Raiders defeated the Chiefs. Chiefs beat the Pats and Ravens, but needed OT to beat the Chargers. Denver's losses are to teams who are currently 14-2. Go figure. This is why the NFL is interesting to some football fans. ...

Cushenberry is improving with each game which is all you can ask from a rookie starter. In his second year, Dalton Risner is having some problems, but those aren't as disturbing as Graham Glasgow's. He's supposed to be a veteran providing leadership, but he's been blown up a couple of times like the...

The 1971 Chicago Bears D was 12th in points, 23rd in yards; O was 25th in points, 24th in yards and they were 6-8.

The 1988 San Diego Chargers D was 18th in points, 21st in yards; O was 27th in points, 26th in yards and they were 6-10.

The 1991 New England Patriots D was...

At the end of last season and all through TC, many on this message board were bitterly complaining about Garrett Bolles demanding he be cut. Now he's the best O-Lineman of the starting five. Who should get credit for that besides Garrtett? ...

On the bright side, Lock can throw the ball after recovering from shoulder injury.

Denver's O was 61% run/39% pass. Lock threw 24 passes of which 8 were incomplete into the EZ (two off of play action) for 42%, but had ypa of 7.9 which means he was airing it out. Six of his passes were play action. With at least a balanced attack, more of the pass attempts should be play action...

Not scoring after four downs inside the +5 in the second quarter had more to do with the loss to Tennessee than anything else. Same situation in the 4th quarter when they lined up Tight Wing I and Gordon put the ball in the EZ. Probably should have done something similar at the end of the Pitt game....

It's a mystery to me, too. Both Guards have had problems. Center is a rookie, but he is improving with each game. O-Line unit cohesion takes time especially with three new starters. Austin Schlottmann had to play the second half due to Dalton's injury. It is possible Risner won't play Sunday. ...

Watched the game again. Denver's O was 61% run/39% pass. Drew Lock completed ten of twenty-four for 42% completion, but was 7.9 ypa which means his pass completions were mostly long. Denver had ten possessions. Lock threw the ball into the EZ twice on the first posession, once on the second possession,...
