As long as Mahomes is alive, the AFC West will belong to the Chiefs and they will be one of the last 8 standing. It's going to be a long time before we can say "so long Mahomes, so long Chiefs", unfortunately.

Headline or thread title should maybe be, "Team with obvious quarterback needs thought by one guy to potentially be involved in trade talks that may or may not have happened". This isn't news....

Anyway, back to the point of the thread, who did you want to talk rubbish about Bob ? It seems you have became the butt of this one.

Incarcarated Bob is my preferred nickname for Sam, but Sam_Crap_Mouth has a nice ring to it. I wonder what he gets out of lying on an internet forum ?...

I don't see that written anywhere ? What was paying 50:1 ? Also 50:1 doesn't equal $330K ? I'm confused. Is Incaracarated Bob telling porkies then deleting posts ? Or are you special too ?...

What bet did you have to win that much money ? And how much initial purse are you giving up to get that sort of return ? Jesus, well done. However I do find it hard to believe anything said by a nerd the who claims to personally have sources in the Broncos front officeBut if true, I guess who...

As someone who has been very critical of Elway, and only being able to speak for myself, I think this is what a loser justifying failure uses as an excuse to make themselves feel better. We are not going well, but, look at them over there as well, they are bad too, that mentality is the definition of...

I thought he was going to get back to his old form ? I thought the last 2 years of bad play in Jacksonville were going to magically change when he got here ? I thought I was just a hater. Another Elway clanger giving up a solid pick for a mediocre veteran past his prime. I often wonder if general managers...

Again, did you read and comprehend what I said ? I have mentioned this so many times to you specifically over time, I feel like I'm wasting my time. In short, taking up a huge contract in isolation is done often, but it is rarely done at the same time as giving up multiple high draft picks as well,...

We will see how that pans out in 2023-2026 for the Rams, I would expect them to fall off a cliff fast at some point unless they do something really special in the middle rounds. Also, the difference with the Stafford trade is, the team who was taking on the longer contractual commitment, the Lions,...

You are far removed from reality. Do you think any general manager has ever thought to themselves what you just uttered here ? There is no way Mr. Patton our new General Manager is saying to himself, or any other General Manager of any NFL team ever, "we blew em the last few years, why not throw...

Correct, and everyone of them has the potential to be a building block for the future. But, I don't assume any pick will hit or be used wisely when Elway is still in the building, however, I know that the way to build a team out of the place we have been buried in is with consistent solid selections...

In your opinion, which has been rather similar for the better part of the last 4 years if I am not correct ? Also, I think the difference is pretty obvious, and the way you put it is a simplistic view removed from reality. When you give up the future and the cap in one transaction which is what would...

All of those proposed trades to take on that contract along with giving up those picks is terrible, it wont work. We have deeper issues than just the quarterback, and giving up potential building blocks of the next era of Broncos football for Watson who has proven he isn't enough to overcome bad talent...

Disappointed to hear that they were willing to invest so much to try and lure a losing veteran quarterback who has proven he is not the guy to overcome the short comings of the roster around him. I know it didn't happen so it's a pointless conversation, but it indicates to me that the biggest mistake...

On your first point, yes, that is a large part of it obviously. However, on your second, you need context, you can't just say that. Last year if you are picking at number 10 you don't have a guy sitting there who is considered a top prospect because the class was legitimately strong, and all the guys...

I think quarterback competitions deserve even stronger language against them than that Beast, "generally counterproductive", I would ask when have they worked ? As a percentage it would be extremely low, and I think you can flat out say, they do not work, period. Wasting reps on a tired veteran...
