I'm not sure Barrett would have turned into the monster he is if we hadn't snubbed him.
Sometimes that's the wake-up call players need.

They're going to have to at some point. Seems like the relationship is irreparable at this point.
You make a valid point that they might want to force him to prove it more, but they're likely to get more if they act sooner than later.
If they prove beyond all doubt that the...

Jones could be another Peyton Manning.
Manning had an average arm at best but he was accurate and had touch and was a relentless machine at breaking down tape and improving his game.
If Jones has a similar work ethic, I could see him going far in the league.

He's said that we're a team he'd be interested in, and Vegas has us with the highest odds of landing him so it's clearly not all in our head.
And what are the players we've turned our back on?
We have a very talented core of young players on both sides of the ball. Just need...

QB value definitely inflates the closer you get to the draft. FOMO kicks in, and teams start looking for what they want to be true rather than what is true.
Seems to happen with Tackle, too. There's such a shortage of quality at both positions that teams take big chances on both positi...

I think the longer they wait, the less value they'll get for Watson because more and more teams are settling on their QB solutions (Stafford, Wentz). Even more will be locked in after the draft....

Television ratings were falling pre-covid. Covid has not helped matters.
The salary cap is shrinking for the first time in history.
Every company I've worked for is all hands on deck for any contraction of revenue, much less 20%. I really have trouble seeing a franchise be...

Not sure what industry you work in, but a revenue contraction of 20% is major bones for a business.
Yes, Watson's finances would be impacted more percentage-wise, but it's easier for a single person worth 10 figures to cope with a 50% contraction in net worth than it is for a business to...

Yeah...I think the Chiefs are going to start to decline quickly.
They're going to have to nail every draft pick to fill the gaps around the massive contracts they've committed to.
I think Mahomes will always have them in the playoff hunt like the Seahawks, but they're going...

Wut?
Who exactly are you hoping to get if Watson doesn't meet your standard?
Srly, dude. It's like you complain just to complain....
