Actually glad some players believe Jeudy has elite route running skills. One of the reasons it was so frustrating to see the drops is that he was so wide open on several of them. Of course unless he double teamed, Jerry Jeudy is open a lot of the time. The Drops will go down next year, hopefully s...

Actually that is good point. I would like us to move up we are going to take a QB rd 1 it might be a stretch to get Wilson, unless the Jets don't want him or the somehow get Watson. But getting the 3rd best QB is possible....

I like you believe improvement should come "year 2 ish". I am a very skeptical that it will be enough improvement. Josh Allen is the only QB that even remotely comes to mind that was as low as Lock in rankings and came back to be very good after a 2nd year. I would love to snag a QB, probably...

That being said I hope that if Lock does get that chance Shurmur figures out what he can and can't do well before Week 10 and either focus on those things in PTA's and Training Camp or adapt, like good coordinators do, and call plays to Lock strengths....

IF this organization starts over with a young QB they need to see a full starting season with a full training camp. You really still don't know what you have then, but you can see really good progress, regression, lack of Defense reading, turn-over proneness, and some leadership skills. It probably...

As a Fan getting Lance or Fields @ 9 seems like an awesome idea. Wilson probably goes way sooner than 9. What the Denver front office views as how desperate the QB situation is might not line up with taking a QB at 9. Both Fields and Lance could end up being better than Lock by the end of this yea...

This is a really good post! I don't blame Houston front office for not wanting to have to trade Watson. It kind of feels like they need to anyway. Like you said they will be looking for QB with desperation if they wait until the draft. Other teams need to know whether they need to go the Watson route...

Yep, this was my concern with Horn. Surtain didn't miss tackles in the 4 Alabama games I watched this year. I do believe guys can learn to tackle better, and sometimes quickly, if they put in the offseason work. Ojemudia was a better tackler late in the season then at the start. With Horn it might be...

Funny statements about Houston releasing their own reports of other teams interest because it almost seems plausible with all of the contradictions there are. The Texans are in a really bad spot right now. If Watson were to follow through and sit out do you go sign Cam Newton/trade for a something?...

If we are going to take a CB Surtain or Farley look to be really good choices. Fangio and Patton will do their homework and decide who is best....

They had dominant OL's and ran the ball really, really well. I do see the point that it is really hard to find a stable coach that was successful with multiple QB's. Don Shula and Tom Laundry and Mike Holmgren went to multiple Super Bowls with a different QB's but they didn't win with different o...

So I am too lazy to do the research. Is this stretch of 7 years markedly different than most 7 year stretches? I think in 7 years barring major injury Mahomes will be in KC possibly Harrington in LA and probably Burrows in Cincy but that could depend on W/L records too. Is there anyone really safe...

As a Blues fan I would never underrate Fedorov, man was he great especially at the expense of the Blues. It is seems pretty clear most of the QB's on the previous list were not sure fire generational talents. Most were over drafted because of the "potential" or the need of the QB position....

Yes, especially if you know you are set at QB after giving some away.
I like the eye test philosophy in all sports, and yes, analytics, and stats don't always paint the real picture. My eyes tell me Lock isn't good enough. Maybe after next year my eyes will improve, but I am not changing...

I am not going to blow sunshine anywhere. Our front office certainly has issues. That said, I don't see why Watson wouldn't want to come here. We have offensive and defensive talent, some of which he has played with. If Watson doesn't end up here it won't be because Watson didn't want to come here....

I am guess Denver didn't want him real badly, that actually is not a huge price to get Wentz.

Yep, what you are referring to works in fantasy football. The thing is I don't think Denver has got it right drafting a QB well really ever. If Denver moves up or takes a QB at #9 I definitely want to see something this year that tells me yes, with some minor tweaking , we have a future winner. If...
