    Its spelled D-U-M-E-R-V-I-L

The best young d-lineman we have and this whole board butchers the spelling of his name. And yes it is a big deal...

Dumervil is a hell of a player. I think he is our best D-line man. I agree, they better start spelling his name right.

I've just always called him Elvis, truth be told though I did think his last name was spelled Dumerville.

At least people aren't calling him "Dumbledore" like this Broncos fan I know at school did. What a ho.

Bump because I still see his name misspelled in pretty much every thread having to do with him.

I feel no guilt for misspelling it.

People misspell my name all the time. It's not really that big a deal. What is important is that we respect his abilities.

Thanks to this thread, I'm now embarrassed enough that I can faithfully say that I will not likely ever misspell Dumervil again.
    Thanks, Reid!

    My name is Abel.

Most people assume that it's "Able". Which is also accurate.

Not that I know you too well, since I'm still a relative 'n00b' to the boards, but the name does seem as though your parents aptly named you. A biblical name representing "cooperative and generous", as you (and your shoes) seem to be. Just beware of any older brothers you may have, or anybody named Cain.
