    Wow. It is still raining.

Anyone want to go fishing? We can give it a shot in the lake that used to be my backyard.

We had a power outage in my neighborhood. No lights of any kind throughout the whole neighborhood worked for about 2 hours.

Oddly enough we seemed to be the only ones.

Also there was a tornado watch. Here. In Arizona. Craziness.

Last night I shoveled about 4" of very heavy, wet, thick snow. If it had been a lot colder, that would have easily surpassed a foot deep. Everything is icy this morning.

Still cold and dreary here in Mesa. But I like it. Last night's weather was intense.

I heard that Mesa got a tornado warning too.
Ive lived in AZ for 13 or so years and this is the second time ive heard about a tornado warning.

Actually the first time was crazy. The funnel was about a mile away from my house. I stepped outside and could actually see the clouds start to swirl around as if they were going to form the tornado.
    Never did though.

The weather has been quite odd here in Arizona latley. We have been getting record amounts of rain as this is the first time it has stopped raining in about 48 hours. There are storms here that the weather guys are saying usually come in a monsoon storm but its January.

Wierd stuff, I like the rain though, and it doesnt happen often in AZ so I welcome it.

It's official: This must be the worst winter that Romania have experienced in the last 10 years. Some say that this winter will continue in the same way for another month at least... Last night we had -19* C / -2.2* F and tonight we are expecting a low -25* C / -13* F, which for Bucharest is already too low. I don't remember when was the last time we had such a freeze...
