    Casa Bonita

I've been coming out to games from PA since '81 and I always see Casa Bonita advertised, (and drove by a few times) but was never there. Then, I saw the South park episode last season abuot it. Anyone been there before? Is it worth it?

Not unless you're willing to risk food poisoning. Its mostly a tourist attraction and really not worth the money. There are better Mexican restaurants here in Colorado.

Definately not, I think they go there for the entertainment. There are cliff divers, and a mariachi band and an arcade. I only go there wher forced. (mostly only when my cousin visits from Atlanta.)

I remember that episode, I think it might appear in another episode(s) as well. But, I think the real place is in LA (not Louisiana).

Gah! if you want grub mexicano head to I think Tres Magaritas? Man I forget the name of the place, but there is one on county line road east of Broadway by 470, and another in the tech center off Arapahoe. You get your food in like 3-4 minutes after you order and it is grreeeat mexican food.

Well, I haven't been in a few years since I left Colorado but I didn't the the food was bad. It was decent, if limited in variety. But you can get the all-you-can-eat meals and just keep getting whatever you like the best. Or just go light on the meal and then stuff yourself with sopapillas and honey.

Mostly, it's just fun to do once in a while for the atmosphere. The place is huge but hopefully you won't get behind a busload of kids on a fieldtrip.

LOL, no..Definitly not for the food, but the cliff divers and everthing was pretty cool...And that like little haunted house thing was neat too...But they did have like this bread stuff that you put honey or something like that on that was really good..LOL..For dessert or something..But what I really enjoyed when I was in Denver, is that I had the best breakfast I had ever had at the IHOP there in I think Lakewood...Mhmm..Those people know how to make pancakes!LOL...And then Hennigans over by the Airport had really good food, and really good dessert too...Mhmm...
