Hot and sour. It's the only packaged udon they have without bonito. So good.

The Sakura Matsuri (Japanese Street Festival) is this Saturday. Hoping to get some yakisoba. One year, I waited in line for about 30 minutes only to find out that they ran out.

It was the first time I ate tofu, once again, not bad.

I love it, it's been a personal favourite (that and Tom Yum soup) for years now. It's quite difficult to get right though, don't like it too thin or too thick and has to have the right balance of vinegar/white pepper/chilli. Plus I like to have lots of goodies...lots of beancurd, mushrooms, char siu. It's hard to get a really good one these days but I know a lot of places which do it really well.
