Yes they were great together. I was surprised the jags let him go. But like many of you are saying and I agree he fits better in a 4-3 but hey, moneys the most important factor and that will dictate were he goes.

He was god-awful last year, and pretty bad the season before that. There's a reason why he got cut... "what's that?" McHoodie says. "Another aging defensive player? Former Pat? Heck yea, bring em in!"

Between Williams and Henderson thats 240 starts and nearly 700lbs. they both demand double teams and are both considered monsters. He is to tall to play NT but would make a good DE IMO. With him on one side Green on the other Green would always have to only deal with one lineman forcing teams to go with a bulked up Offense or face sacks. In the other forum which came first but misspelled his name I made a list of how many starts we each player has but I wont do that:

RDE Jarvis Green Justin Bannan Ryan McBean Jaron Baston
NT Jamal Williams Ronald Fields Chris Baker Jeff Stehle
LDE John Henderson Marcus Thomas LeKevin Smith

It looks like a pretty crowded roster but with the depth of starters we will be set in D-line for at least a year

I love the tebow pick, but....

I think his successor at Florida may be better.

Let me start of by saying I'm a denver fan and a florida gators fan. and have been for quite awhile. So naturally i think tebow is awesome. but John Brantley looks amazing.

look him up if you haven't seen.

i just thought i'd share that with you guys. =]

Well for his sake I hope that he doesn't get as scrutinized as Tebow has been for coming from the spread offense.

Josh Brantley and Tim Tebow have two different playing styles. Josh Brantley is more of the prototypical pocket passer while Tebow is amazing in whatever he does.

But I expect the Florida Offense to stay pretty much the same but they wont rely on the Shotgun as much. I expect Brantley to take plenty of snaps from under center this upcoming season and if he continues to progress like he has, I see him making to the NFL.

He's more polished and pocket oriented.

i hope he doesn't leave after just one season though.

I dont know if he could make the team given we have 5 safeties. I do think Renaldo Hill could be a sleeper cut and we may want to get younger.
From that vid highlight, i really like this kid. I dont know anything other than this vid, but he looks great on it. He makes pre-snap readings and adjusts to the ball/ball carrier. He looks like a hard hitting man who takes good angles. The only knock i see so far is that it looks like he doesnt wrap up on tackles.

This man is real RAW, but could flourish given the opportunity. I hope he make the team/p.s. Hill could be a$$ out.

    Warren signed by patriots?

    I dont understand this

Gerrard Warren went to Oakland from the Broncos because he didnt want to play in a 3-4 defense.

and now, he signs with the New England Patriots, a team known for playing 3-4 defense, thou the only game i saw them play last year, they played a 4-3 defense, i know they like to play either a pure 3-4 or a 3-4 hybrid defense.
