Do the Broncos have no choice but to trade Tebow?

I have seen many posters with the opinion that we should trade Tim Tebow regardless if we sign Peyton Manning. I do not agree with that opinion but understand the reasons, and they do vary greatly. My question for Broncos country is this, are the Broncos now forced to trade Timmy because of the constant back and forth?

Trading Tebow without giving him a real chance at an off season to prepare for a regular season will be the biggest mistake in the history of this franchise. Has any NFL franchise ever drafted a 1st round quarterback and not given him at least one off season to work with coaches?

We need a starting caliber QB since we have np idea how many games manning will play

Tebow is barely making over 1 mill. Hes not going anywhere unless we get a 1st rnd pick

They have a choice, they want to trade him. Elway and staff figure they will save 3 years of their life if not required to spend all day every day talking about Tebow. It is an efficiency thing...

Tebow is the kind of person that will take it one day at a time. If he loses the starting job, he will work that much harder to get it back. It's not like his passing improved by much over the season. He did well in the Pittsburgh game, but laid an egg in the New England game.

You hold on to Tebow, otherwise you wind up in the same situation that the Colts did when Manning went down and they had no QB with any experience backing him up.

I hope they keep Tim Tebow and aquire as many other qbs as possible. LOL. I really was hoping TT would learn how to pass and run the offense as a stand up passer this off season, and if not not we were still probably going to be needing one.

I'd say no less than 2 1sts, a 3rd, and a decent backup QB like Kyle Orton.

The Broncos don't have to trade Tebow, but I almost wish they would.

    Yes.

Timmy has never done anything but worked his ass off.

Gotta let him go and do his thing somewhere else. Just the courteous thing to do.

He's under contract. If he doesn't wish to play he can retire.
