I plan on going to at least 4 games this year, depending on how many hours I get at my job. Hopefully I get the hours I need..... >.<

You ever go to an away game?
No. Just for 12 games out of the 162 they don't show the game on Root Sports, don't know why really, but always have. Air 150 games, rather than all 162.

Nah, just home games, have season tickets luckily.

I see Tulo has the day off. He needs to get his head right at the plate. And soon before this season is over.

What the hell happened? How do you have a line out to center with runners on first and second and have 1 guy score and the other thrown out at home?

Yea im confused too. My phone said Giambi flew out to center, Cargo scored from second, and Cuddy thrown out at home?

We thought it was a HR.

Hit to dead center. Off the top of the wall or something then Cuddy was thrown out at home, even though he was safe they said.

So at the very least it should be 2-2. But, of course, we get screwed.

Giambi isn't out though, he's at 2nd with 2 outs.

Did someone take the refs from the Nuggets and Lakers series and make them umpires today or something?

    Rockies 6 Padres 2

Christian Friedrich was great in his debut. He really was quite dominant, and looks very promising.

    Starting Pitching:

    Christian Friedrich: 6.0 IP, 5 H, 2 R, 1 ER, 1 BB, 7 SO, 0 HR; W (1-0)

    3 Batting Stars:

    Wilin Rosario: (1-4) R, 2B (4), 2 RBI (10)

    Jason Giambi: (2-2) R, 2H, 2B (1), RBI (6), BB

    Chris Nelson: (2-4) 2 H, 2 RBI (7)

    Bullpen Stars:

    Matt Belisle: 1.2 IP, 2 H, 0 R, 0 ER, 0 BB, 1 SO, 0 HR; H (3)

    Rafael Betancourt: 1.0 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 0 ER, 0 BB, 2 SO, 0 HR

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It's about damn time we won again....pretty good all around game.

CarGo had another 2 hit game. Cuddyer got his 19th RBI.

Rockies move to 13-17 on the season. Next game is Friday at the Los Angeles Dodgers at 8:10pm.

Gotta say, Fredrich played well. I'm impressed he only walked one. Even if you play a terrible lineup, only walking 1 batter is very impressive.

I'm so glad we won...hopefully it will turn spirits around a bit.

How do you guys feel about Scutaro? I was stoked we got him but I can't say I notice him too much now that he's here.

I think he is okay, but I didnt have too much expectations of him.

Im hoping someone steps up and takes the leadoff spot, because I think he would do better in the 2 hole.
