Well, given we were 4-12 the year before, yes.

    But overall, no.

you seem to think the broncos are fixated on stats alone, as if they study no film, they just go look up the stats and decide from there if they should game plan him or not.

you do realize that professionals don't just stat watch like you do, right? sure the guy is injured but what if he isn't when the donkos face the chargers?

do you honestly believe the broncos just say to themselves "who cares? hes usually injured Anyways and did you see his stats last year? don't even pay attention to him"

when healthy RM is a huge threat to any defense.

Here is a more important question the Chargers should worry about:

What is San Diego's answer to a Super Bowl Championship?

and you are satisfied by that. why even watch football anymore? just watch your VHS tapes from those two SB's every Sunday. clearly you don't hold your team accountable for what they do anymore, just keep polishing them trophies. lol

Way better than none. In addition, going to the dance beats not going. San Diego has gone once, we have gone six times. Wish we had won all six, but I'm glad we got to play even if some of the results were less than stellar.

Funny thread title... kind of reminds me of Borat. "Is Manning Denver's Answer to Philip Rivers?" "...NOT!!!" Unfortunately that's the only thing worth mentioning about this thread.

The truth is our team at least has VHS tapes to watch, your franchise is and at this point may always be a punchline in the NFL. Your a team who does well once every few decades but never gets anything to show for it. Yeah weve done bad till last year, but we at least have a rich history and the fans to fall back on.

At the end of the day SD has........ SD and that may not even be true if they dont start winning and pulling in fans.

Thats great josh, a byegone era a long long time ago watching the one and only face of your franchise to ever do anything relevant. Poor you, lucky you at least you have those old dusty VHS tapes to fall back on after posting such SUCK in the post season since (2-5, .286) and the past 5 straight years not a single year with a winning record and overall 35-45, .438. LOSERS!

Funny how broncos fans standards have changed over the years, it used to be Super Bowl or bust Bronco fans hated settling for anything less. Now its 8-8 or bust (another words 8-8 is an AMAZING record for Denver fans). What has the Broncos franchise and fan base come to calling a non-winning 8-8 season a "good year"
Sorry Denver Haters...I've been on an extended business trip....

    More like historic meltdowns ...

Toxic? Definitely, for the Chargers as of late.

He better get his head back into the game or the AFC West will yet again have a changing of the guard for years to come.

    Defense wins championships

what team are you talking about? the broncos? LOL!! " for years to come" you mean like the next 1-3 years until manning retires? then what? mcgahee will likely be gone, manning will be gone, champ will likely be gone or nowhere near as good anymore.

if there is a changing of the guard for years to come, it sure as hell wont be the broncos taking over lol

yep your team has tapes to watch which gives your fans something to say in smack when they would otherwise have nothing to bring to the table.

see, you don't ever have to worry, if your team struggles or doesn't live up to expectations, you can just pop those tapes in and reminisce how things were when you were not just another mediocre franchise.

you don't have to hold your team accountable for anything, you can just revert back to watching them tapes or mention your trophies in smack and all is well.

my team has never won a SB and i hold them to a higher standard than that.
