Getting ready for winter in AZ also... Yesterday was the first day under 100 in a week, and it's time to dig out the long pants ... I miss CO, but not in the winter... When it's 70 every day in Jan, I'll think of you guys...

I'm tired of the heat; I'm ready for the Fall although it's still in the upper 90s.

I love warm clothes and all the great holidays.

fall is perfect, chill during the day cold at night

no more sweating for this guy. football is in full swing, delicious food that was a chore to eat in summer (chili, hot chocolate, pumpkin pie, soups, pretty much anything heavy and warm and delicious)did i mention football, college football, nfl football,

and yes the holidays are ok too

When it's hot, you need to turn on the AC because a regular fan isn't going to cut it. AC bill isn't pretty either.

When it's cold, I just need my portable heater and slippers.

Something about the cold weather that makes hot drinks and food so yummy.

The good news......even if we get a wee bit of snow, the long range isn't too scary.....just yet!

Yikes........a winter storm warning from a low coming up from North Dakota.......we're expected to get rain and a little bit of snow in the next day or so, BUT just east of us they're talking big time winter storm. It better not move towards us......even for The Great White North, this is far too early!!!

I have to fly up to Denver next week, and drive a truck back to AZ...

You guys can count on at least a foot of snow to crap on my trip... I like cool weather, just not winter... Too old for that junk... The arthritis drives me nuts...

Too bad the Broncs aren't in town while I'm there... The worst part of being here, is the Broncs being there...
